Understanding island living and how to live it well, Kya Beach has been designed to offer guests beach life with a twist of shabby chic luxury. The open plan living room sits centre stage to the pool and beach with a stylish feel, bathed in the tones of the surroundings. Guests can relax on the sumptuous sofas drenched in island views and if they choose can enjoy the multi-media entertainment system with 55" HD Smart TV. The system comes complete with multi lingual TV channels and integrated surround sound speakers throughout the indoor and outdoor living areas. 

Chill

The large 50sqm open-air covered sala located by the sea, invites guests to enjoy tropical living at its best. As an extension of the living area the sala offers sofa seating, swing chairs, cooling fans with music and wifi throughout. The large private sand garden with 32 m of beach frontage is the ultimate space for sun worshippers and a wonderful haven for children to dig their toes into the sand and play, offering guests their own private beach. By night the staff can transform the sunbeds to an outdoor chill zone for guests to enjoy the spectacular sunset vistas. The beach garden also offers guests a designated covered massage sala right next to the shoreline to be pampered in true island style.

Dine

Offering a cool alfresco dining lifestyle fused with comfort, the large bamboo dining table seats up to 9 and  is ideally positioned in the outdoor Sala by the beach offering shade, sea breezes and fans.

Complimentary Breakfast

A complimentary breakfast is prepared daily with an array of delicious seasonal tropical fruits, cereals, croissants, toast and jams with your choice eggs alongside fresh coffee, tea and juices.

Chef Service

The Kya Beach House Menu features an array of delicious Thai dishes, with a small selection of western delights and some kiddy options too. If guests would like to use the in-villa Chef Services, we advise to please pre book a half a day before allowing for the Chef to buy fresh provisions and prepare the food. 

Sleep

Kya Beach House offers a dreamy island setting with 3 gorgeous bedroom sanctuaries. Each of the 3 master bedroom suites have been designed to encompass the beauty of its surroundings with an individual feel. Guests can enjoy king size beds draped with mosquito nets and sofa areas with an extra bed option in each bedroom. Also offering air conditioning and ceiling fans for coolness. Each bedroom has a large ensuite bathroom beach and sea view with double lovers rain shower and guest sinks.

Swim

The 4m x 8m terrazzo infinity pool, boasts a private beachfront landscape, ideal for a cooling salt-water swim with submerged sun deck and shallow end for children’s enjoyment. A stunning spot to enjoy sea views and sunset vistas.
The sea is just a few metres away, fringed by a beautiful reef that seasonally is great to snorkel and swim in clear turquoise water. Paddle boards and kayaks can also be arranged for guest’s enjoyment.
6 sun beds are located in the beach garden and can be moved as required to sunbathe or chill under the shades of trees. The double hammock is ideally located to soak up the island vibes day or night.
