Detox Program Rates
5 day program 16,000 Thai baht inclusive of service and govt. tax TBC

Rates are inclusive of twice-daily yoga classes TBC, detox food, drinks and supplements, detox kit and handbook, daily detox support meeting and detox massage treatments.
Detox programs are best booked before arrival.
Yoga
One-hour private yoga lessons, one on one or group sessions, can be arranged through the villa manager, with highly experienced instructors from our partner at The Yogarden. Prices vary dependent on size of the class and can be organised through the Villa Manager or reservations team and are best pre booked. The shaded beachfront sala is converted by the staff to a perfect yoga pavilion for guests to practice in private, with mats provided. Classes are billed on your incidental bill. If guests have any questions, Bonnie from the Yogarden will happily consult by email re availability, levels and styles.
Cooking Classes
Should guests wish to enjoy learning how to cook Thai cuisine, our Thai chef can assist guests in planning and creating some delicious delights with an in-house cooking lesson. The Chef and Villa manager will shop for the provisions or if guests prefer they can accompany them to the market to experience local Thai culture and shop for food items for the meal. This service can be booked directly with the villa manager or pre arranged with our reservations team and costs 1500THB excluding ingredients.
Swimming Lessons
There is never a better time to learn to swim no matter what your age, with the ability to learn in your own private pool, in the tropical climate of Thailand. The shallow wide ledge in the pool often used as a submerged sun deck provides an excellent platform for young children to learn to swim. Lessons are best pre booked and prices vary dependant on class sizes.
Muay Thai
Muay Thai or Thai Boxing is the national sport and cultural martial art of Thailand. Referred to as the "Art of Eight Limbs" because it makes use of punches, kicks, elbows and knee strike combinations that make for an excellent all over body work out. Trained teachers from Lionheart Muay Thai can be pre booked to come to the villa, set up in the outdoor sala and train guests appealing to all ages and fitness levels. One on one sessions or group classes can be arranged through the Villa Manager or reservation team. Prices vary dependent on size of the class and are best pre booked.
Spa Treatments
The tranquil secluded setting of the villa lends itself perfectly to the in-house spa opportunities. Therapists can be booked a half day before with the Villa Manager. Massage and relaxation therapies can be conducted in the privacy of guest’s own bedrooms, or for an outdoor ambience, the poolside chill lounge with cool overhead fans.
